2009 Cambodia Encounter - 18 days

From an unspoiled beach to the gateway to Angkor and beyond.

The ideal way to get to know the destination of Cambodia is to spend time exploring her countryside. Your holiday will be filed with faded French-colonial façades of riverside Kampot, traditional scenes from the country's past, deserted towns of Kep and remote Kratie and a taste of beautiful Asian provinces. Feel the spirit of excitement and grandeur when you climb the ramparts of a thousand-year-old temple with not a tourist in sight. During your extended holiday, experience the sumptuous culinary delights and flavoursome markets frequently available throughout Cambodia, and you will surely understand this captivating kingdom, its hospitable people and its fascinating culture.
