Regarding the subject of your Western tour leaders, David Hardy was with us throughout our time in both countries. The enthusiasm he showed for the job was amazing (I deal with customers from time to time and can appreciate how difficult it must be to deal with 16 people from quite different back grounds). Nothing seemed to fluster him and he approached any difficulties he encountered in a calm, professional manner.
