By quoting international flights from the UK separately and at the time of the enquiry, we believe we are giving all our customers, wherever you live, an accurate price and complete flexibility. We often have access to some amazing special fares, which can reduce your overall holiday cost.

Are the cost of international flights included in our prices?

No - the cost of flights to Asia can change dramatically due to season, availability and departure point. As we said above, by quoting international flights separately and at the time of the enquiry we believe we are giving all our customers, wherever you live, an accurate price and the flexibility to travel from regional airports, in any class of travel and include a stopover en route if you so wish. In low season we also have access to some amazing special fares, which can reduce the overall cost of your holiday considerably. As a UK based operator we can only provide flights that start in the UK. If you live outside the UK you should contact a local flight specialist in your country of origin.

Which airlines do we use?

Travel Indochina holds no allegiance to any particular carrier and has access to all scheduled airlines’ fares with competitive rates with most carriers. This allows us to offer you the most competitive fare available and use the most appropriate routing for your trip. You will find a few of the most commonly used carriers are detailed at the bottom of this page.

Are the flights within the Small Group Journey included in the cost of the trip?

We include all flights as detailed within the trip summary for each Small Group Journey. From the moment you land in the starting city to the moment you are transferred to the airport in the end city, all transport arrangements are taken care of by us.

When is the busiest time to travel?

There are many airlines operating flights to Asia so availability is rarely an issue. However, over Christmas, Easter and at the start of the school holidays in the summer, prices are more expensive than during the rest of the year. If you wish to travel during these periods, we would recommend booking as soon as possible. Even six months prior to travel, seats are scarce and prices can be high.
