Thought I would send you a quick message to say that we have just returned from our trip to Vietnam. We had a wonderful time, the tour was great, the tour leader Adam Hurley was excellent and the group we travelled with were lovely.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you, it was a wonderful experience, we had some adventures, wading through the flooded citadel in Hue, fun at the cookery class in Hoi An, even though the town was also very flooded, and some interesting sights.

I would have no hesitation in recommending both the tour and Travel Indochina to friends or family who were interested in travelling to Vietnam.

Here are our thoughts on our wonderful touring trip to Vietnam through Travel Indochina.

Our tour guide was Adam Hurley. He was a really a great guide. He was caring, considerate, punctual and had an excellent knowledge of Vietnam. Everyone on our tour was of similar opinion. The local guides were pretty good too, I must admit I had difficulty in understanding some words, pronounced by them not a significant problem though.

The hotels which were assigned were of high standard and situated centrally (except Hoi An). We cannot fault any of them. All in all a quite memorable tour and will recommend your comapany to our friends and relations.

I have recently returned from one of your Highlights of Vietnam tours and I wanted to send you an email with some feedback on my experience and some of your staff.

Let me start by saying my overall experience with Travel Indochina was fabulous, right from the my initial enquiries through to the end of the tour. This was my first trip with TIC and based on my experience I will definitely use you again and will happily recommend TIC to others. I wanted to provide some specific feedback on a number of the people who work for TIC.

My tour was lead by Matthew Reeves. As a tour leader, he was excellent and could not have been any better. He was accommodating and flexible, able to listen and understand the group’s needs and adapted the itinerary slightly on a daily basis to maximise our experience.

He also added a number of small touches which were great, for example, buying some of the local sweets and treats for us to try on the bus trips, and including an extra stop on the road to Halong Bay to explain how rice is cultivated and harvested. His recommendations for dinner and lunches were exceptional, giving us a chance to sample some fantastic local food in often quirky and unusual places. He openly shared his knowledge and insight of the country, it’s people and customs.
