Dear Mark,

My wife and I have just returned from travelling in Vietnam with you. From start to finish the trip was an absolute pleasure; the itinerary offered a range of unique locations that offered something interesting and different as the trip unfolded. The arrangements throughout were flawless and we were enormously impressed with Paula Harrigan, our tour leader, whose work to keep every member of the party involved, informed and relaxed was first class.

Furthermore, it was a pleasure to see and spend some time with both the Streets Foundation in Hoi An and the Spiral Foundation in Hue; how refreshing, and very welcome, to be taken to see these people and their work rather than the "usual" detour into tourist retail outlets that have appeared in previous tours with other companies. It was great to see and talk to the youngsters who were grasping the opportunities to improve their future and that of others. For us both the trip was a great success; Vietnam's people and the beauty and culture of their nation was steadily and completely revealed in a holiday atmosphere that was totally carefree.

We shall look again at Travel Indochina when we next plan a holiday into that region. Thank you all. Kind Regards.

Hi Ian,

I really enjoyed my trip to Vietnam with Travel Indochina and would certainly recommend it to friends. All the hotels used were absolutely lovely and I was very impressed except for the one in Hanoi which was not in a good area and rooms were certainly not as nice as the others used.

The cruise on Halong Bay was very enjoyable and all on the tour were very impressed with the lunch which was included. I would certainly travel with Travel Indochina again.

A really fantastic experience with lots of wonderful photos and videos. We would like to share with Indochina management how their guides in Vietnam are doing. Well they are absolutely brilliant!

We were so very impressed by the local guides with their knowledge and friendliness. They have a deep love of their country that is wonderful to see, and shines through when they give a tour. Our main guide (Western tour leader) was Brandon James. Brandon is definitely a wonderful asset for Indochina Travel. He is so very professional, knowledgeable and capable. Brian and I cannot speak highly enough of Brandon, and we most certainly wish him every success for the future.

If we ever open a travel agency we will certainly be trying to pinch him from you. We have filled in a survey form, however your guides and drivers definitely deserve an extra pat on the back. Thanks again for your email. And for your help in organizing our holiday.
