1.  Wake to the sun climbing over the limestone outcrops after a peaceful night spent floating on Halong Bay.
2.  Spend the night in the Mekong Delta, with an early morning visit to the incredible floating markets.
3.  Streets cafe in Hoi An trains disadvantaged youth. Learn about local produce when you join some of the students for a tour of the market, followed by a tasting menu at the cafe.
